General Informations:
LL0209AA is a LLDPE copolymer with butene as
comonomer.It is suitable for blending with the
conventional LDPE.Film made from pure LL0209AA has the
following advantage over convetional
LDPE:
-Better sealing
-High gloss
-Better optical properties (kj code)

Processing Conditions:
Optimisation of process conditions depends on many
parameters like the exact blending ratio that is used,
and some other factors as well . The recommended melt
temperature range is 180o – 220 oC .
Storage:
LL0209AA should be stored in a dry and dust free
environment at temperatures below 50OC . Exposure to
direct sunlight should be avoided as this may lead to
product deterioration .
Recycling & Environment :
End products made from this polymer can be recycled,
incinerated or disposed of in landfill without detriment
to the environment . With recycling ,clean waste can be
re-used for many less demanded applications .
Alternatively , with properly controlled and efficient
incineration , preferably linked to heat or other energy
recovery systems , polyethylene’s high calorific value
will assist the combustion of municipal solid waste .
In landfill sites LL0209CA does not degrade to produce
voids, and does not emit dangerous gases or contribute
to ground water pollution .
If pigmentes or other additives are incorporated into
this grade at the processing stage , the above
statements may not be fully valid.
Food Contact:
The composition of products complies with the EC
Directive 90/128/EEC for use in food contact
applications.
Packing:
This product is packed in 25 Kg PE bags.
